The fillets are wonderful and consistently good. We have them at least every couple of weeks and they are our “go to” choice for birthday etc dinners. I really don’t think I’ll buy beef steaks ever again.

We pulled out 3 packs of the fillets and cooked these on the Weber to have thinly sliced with a roast kumara thai salad. The venison was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked, lovely and pink inside! Thank you for making lockdown meals tasty :-)
